Golden Opportunity

There is always a golden opportunity in life that comes along to each and every one of us here on this earth. Just like that sixty four year old substitute teacher who won the $95 million jackpot after going after the same set of her chosen numbers for six years and a half. She had quit her job and plans to buy an RV and tour the country. Such a lucky person given a once in a lifetime golden opportunity. Speaking of golden opportunity as well, if I brought up the topic to my friends, they would say one would be when you get to buy gold bullion for a serious as well as precious and unique investment from the USGB. That day to come is one thing anyone like would be looking forward to.

Here is the list of 2010 top 10 counterfeit items and brands:

  • UGGs
  • Coach handbags and leather items – I see lots of these almost everywhere online and even in local store here said to be made in some Asian country.
  • Tiffany’s
  • Athletic jerseys –  there’s lots of these in local stores
  • Perfume –  more so for these that I could not tell anymore which one is original or not.
  • Nike sneakers (especially Air Yeezy and Air Jordans) –  I also see lots of these in local stores and almost on night markets even bazaars.
  • Ed Hardy and Juicy brands
  • Watches (like Rolex, Omega, and Tag Heuer) – for a long time I think
  • North Face
  • DVDs (especially box sets of TV series)
  • How to know if what you are investing your hard earned money is fake or not. You should know the real label and what it looks like. Also it is but obvious that Louis Vuitton bags are not – made in Taiwan, in the first place. You have to know where the items are originally manufactured. Check out the stitches for example in bags. I saw Longchamp bags yesterday at a stall and just by looking at the stitches of the bag, I know it isn’t real. There were two to three lines of stitches at one part. There should be a dust bag or logo shoe box that comes with your purchase. Make sure you know that you are getting the real thing that should be worth your money.

Oprah Winfrey, Paul McCartney Receives Kennedy Center Honors
    by admin
Oprah Winfrey together with Beatles singer Paul McCartney, country singer Merle Haggard, composer Jerry Herman and also dancer Bill T. Jones all received the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C. The Kennedy Honors is an annual honor given to those people in the performing arts for their lifetime of contributions to American culture.
I along with so many people am a fan of Oprah for as long as I can remember. Watching her show as much as I can on TV has inspired me in one way or another. Oprah has been a great influence in the American culture as well as for other people of other cultures all over the world where people get to see and watch The Oprah Winfrey Show. Other talk shows has popped out over the years but Oprah’s show has remained to be one of the best there is for all time!
