Ice Cream Sundae Google Doodle on a Sunday

google doodle april 3, 2011 ice cream sundae tribute on a Sunday

I was craving actually for a choco hot fudge sundae from McDonald’s when I was surprised to see this nice ice cream sundae Google Doodle on a Sunday. It made me crave for it more! It actually reminded me of a local ice cream parlor selling some of their ice cream products on a buy one take one promo till the 15th. I want to head there now. I still got some time. Even the people in the house wants an ice cream sundae right now. Well it is really kind of late already so might as well have one tomorrow.

Facebook to Give 3rd Party Developers, External Sites Access to Users’ Address & Phone Numbers

I don’t like this move Mark Zuckerberg on the plan that Facebook will give 3rd party developers and other external websites an access to your home address as well as users’ phone numbers. It is indeed one cause of concern over privacy matters. I think users’ just have to take the initiative not to post their address or phone numbers for security, privacy and confidentiality. “Confession: A Roman Catholic App” on iPhone and iPad

I as a Roman Catholic was quite surprised when I heard recently about this “Confession: A Roman Catholic App” on iPhone and iPad. They say this app on your Apple gadget is here so as to help Catholics prepare for confession which is a sacred ritual where we seek penance for our sins. This app is said to cost you $1.99 is being banned by the Catholic church and Vatican which made a statement that:

“It is essential to understand that the rites of penance require a personal dialogue between penitents and their confessor. It cannot be replaced by a computer application,” according to Vatican spokesman Federico Lombardi.

iPad 3

Just when people are still excited and waiting for the launch of the iPad 2 rumored to be released in a few months time, there is already another buzz on the iPad 3 which is rumored to be released by fall. Well we still have to wait for the coming iPad 2 to speculate what the 3rd of Apple’s tab would look like.

Well with the rumor on this iPad 3, I might pass up on the 2! Anyway, even up to now I am still wishing to have my own iPad the one with wifi. I almost had it if not that the Samsung Galaxy Tab won over because it has a cellphone plus a front and back camera feature unlike the original iPad.
